Founded by a group of friends who love the sea and all the sports connected to it—sailing, fishing, and other maritime activities—our club is a non-profit organization affiliated with CONI

With our tradition of over 40 years, we ensure a secure mooring for boaters, assisting them with their needs and offering hospitality and a warm welcome to those who arrive in Palermo for a temporary stay.

La nostra storia

The Yacht Club del Mediterraneo was founded in 1966 on the initiative of a group of Palermo sailors. Today, we are a non-profit association that combines passion for the sea, sailing, culture, and social responsibility.

Social Engagement

We actively collaborate with LILT on 'sea-therapy' projects and rehabilitation activities related to the Dragon Boat, giving the sea a fundamental role in people's health and well-being. We believe in sport as a tool for inclusion, prevention, and rebirth.

Missione e valori

Our objective is to spread nautical culture and the values of sailing: respect, discipline, community, and sustainability. We are not just a sports club, but a vibrant and supportive community that sees the sea as a place for personal and collective growth.

The Structure
